Meet Carolyn.
Carolyn is expert in helping individuals, teams and organisations identify and deliver appropriate & pragmatic learning & development solutions. From needs analysis, to facilitation & training design and delivery, she has a wealth of L&D expertise, coupled with generalist HR experience.
With a background of over 20 years in HR in both the public and private sectors, Carolyn is well positioned to create solutions for a range of needs across all levels and industries. In particular she has a passion for helping to build leadership capability & skills: from developing staff into their first leadership roles; building leadership competence for those that are new to leadership ; and supporting experienced leaders with the next phase of their leadership journey.

Meet Chris.
Chris is an experienced executive leader who is hugely passionate about driving organisations forward and helping others to be successful and realise their full potential through genuine people-centred leadership.
With twenty years leading teams, Chris has considerable experience in senior leadership roles in the areas of sport and recreation, customer experience, venues, events and organisational change.
His personal highlights have included delivering the completion of Council’s high-value transformation programme to support the recovery of Christchurch, and leading the operational team driving the $167m redevelopment of the Christchurch Town Hall.
Chris is an authentic, enthusiastic and positive facilitator who thrives on connecting with others. He knows how to make things happen by developing leaders, empowering teams, building strong relationships and keeping people engaged.
As a proud Cantab and originally trained as a physical education teacher, Chris now specialises in being a professional spectator and living vicariously through his kids.

Meet Kylie.
An optimist at heart, Kylie has a warm, 'down to earth' style. With a genuine passion for helping others to develop their full potential as authentic leaders, her infectious positivity and inclusive approach builds engagement.
Kylie has over a decade of leadership experience in both the public and private sectors, working with both small and large teams.
One of her career highlights was being part of the Vbase Executive Team (now Venues Otautahi). Here, Kylie led a dedicated team of over two hundred people responsible for the event planning and delivery of hundreds of events per year, across five major venues within Christchurch. During her tenure, she supported her team through a period of significant post-earthquake growth, venue acquisition and critical structural change.
An exciting accomplishment was the development of 'The Vbase Academy'. A dedicated academy providing company-wide training programmes, career pathways, leadership opportunities and incentives. There is nothing more rewarding than cultivating a culture in which empowered teams thrive! This initiative ignited Kylie's passion for training and facilitation and also saw her named as the recipient of the 2015 EVANZ Venue Person of the Year Award.
In recent years, Kylie has enjoyed precious time with her young family at home on the farm and providing marketing support for her husband’s real estate business. She has continued to fine tune her time management skills, patience, conflict resolution and toddler negotiation skills!

Meet Jo.
Jo is a Learning and Development professional with over 20 years’ experience both leading teams and training initiatives for large corporate organisations and academic institutes.
Her areas of expertise include managing the training implementation for large projects and systems implementations for the likes of IBM, Telecom and the University of Canterbury, to the softer skills of, coaching, leadership development and Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI personality assessments).
An engaging and passionate facilitator, Jo is an internationally certified workplace coach, holds a Certificate in Adult Education and is a multi-faceted systems and soft skills trainer who’s passion for people is obvious in everything she does!
With a past life in hospitality and the events industry, Jo easily relates to people from all walks of life and loves to tell a good story or two about some of the interesting peoples she’s met along her way!
