Founded in 2015 by Carolyn Bates in Christchurch, New Zealand, LDT Consulting helps organisations develop the right people with the right skills to achieve their business goals. By working closely with you we are able to tailor a solution that meets your needs, whether it be one-off sessions, or a series of workshops. We provide high quality training and support for any organisation, regardless of size.

Inspired by the Koru of Aotearoa, our logo represents the idea of continual development. As the fern frond unfurls, it mirrors the pathway we facilitate for individuals and teams within organisations, helping them expand their skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
